September 2026 Western Washington Update
August's Numbers: Buyers Picked Up the Pace, Inventory Held Steady, and Homes Took Their Time
August handed us a market with a bit of a split personality. Buyers got more active — not just compared to last year, but compared to last month too. Sellers, meanwhile, saw inventory hold flat rather than keep climbing. And homes took noticeably longer to find a buyer than they did in July. It's a market that's still moving, just with buyers taking their time to commit.
